Following an important transformation of the overall procurement organization, it was time for Alcatel Lucent to develop a new skills development program. This training program targets the entire procurement community: “Procurement Fundamentals” for people who are new to the function or even those who will join in couple of weeks, and “Procurement Expertise” for people with more experience in procurement.
The diversity of the trainees gives the program a great richness in terms of training content, discussions within the group, sharing of best practices – it's a great learning experience for both the trainees and the consultants!
