In the context of a sourcing optimization project within the group, GDF Suez chose to deploy IS purchasing tools in its main business units. By working as partners with two software publishers, we worked with GDF Suez to identify needs and define the processes required for its implementation (through change management and training session programs including coaching) for many business units (ex: GrDF, Tractebel & Electrabel in Belgium and the Netherlands, the central sourcing division, GDF Infrastructures, etc.).
