What does ecosystem mean for you?
Not an easy term to explain as it covers several definitions which differs a lot from one to another! For me it means that every single organization’s sustainability relies on its capability to live and interact with a complex environment.

Since the very beginning, being part of Buy.O has been for a great opportunity to support our customer with a unique way of delivering, aiming at reaching ambitious targets meanwhile progressing all together.
Some experiences that I want to share
The diversity of my assignments with very different industries and companies allowed me to experiment with a significant number of situations, contexts and human experiences. These helped me grow as well as reinforced my conviction that the sustainable performance of an organization is fully linked to its ability to leverage relationships and people.
I currently have the pleasure of being involved in a wide variety of our customers’ assignments where I especially enjoy supporting executives (individual and group coaching) in developing their function as well as developing the best levers for getting all teams onboard during transformation projects.
