What does ecosystem mean for you?
It is precisely the direction in which the business world is going nowadays!
The firms that have gotten through the economic crisis the most successfully and that are now expanding all have something in common: they have taken advantage of their ecosystem.
In other words, they knew how to interact positively with their customers (internal or external), their suppliers and their key partners.
The current economic climate is forcing companies to realize that their ecosystem forms the basis of a stable company.
What does being part of Buy.O mean for you?
For me, being part of Buy.O Group means being part of a human-sized company which combines significant experience with multinational customers, medium-sized companies and the public sector, enabling the group to offer a wide range of services.
As a result, being part of Buy.O allows each of its consultants to conduct a variety of missions, whether setting up strategies, leading transformations or providing operational support in various environments while maintaining a strong entrepreneurial spirit!

• Holding negotiations in English and in complex environments, risk analysis, purchasing recommendations and support with decision making
• Implementing strategic sourcing by category: designing purchasing strategies and deployment by category or supplier
• Implementing purchasing performance measurements
