On September 16th, 2010, GDF Suez Energia Italia (GSEI) and ACEA decided to split their joint venture. GSEI needed urgently to increase their IT infrastructure to support their team and provide them with more independence. Those involved in the project were focused on delivering quality results, on time, but also sought to keep costs under control. This created a very dynamic environment and we managed to complete the sourcing on time, with a high level of quality and on budget.
