The main specificity of UGAP is that buyers have a very wide range of responsibilities. In a traditional purchasing organization they would be considered buyers as well as purchasing advisors. In collaboration with the UGAP sales network staff, they have to perfectly understand potential customers’ needs and build a robust offer able to match the customer's market.
The trainees really appreciated the fact that the program helped them step back from operations in order to improve practices, define better key business challenges and focus their efforts on them.
