Business activity: French Central Bank, member of the ECB network, in charge of financial and monetary stability. Also delivers specialized services (economy, financial data) to government organizations, companies and individuals.
Due to specific public sector constraints, this project was quite exciting. It is always a challenge to translate heterogeneous internal needs into robust and sharp functional specifications. But a lot of explanations were also required here, with some editing to make sure that we understood all the requirements and could meet the customer's needs.
As there were huge expectations in the Bank's purchasing department, user mobilization and buy-in were also key and had to be carefully managed.
