Companies’ performance and service innovation are highly dependent on the relationships they build with their clients, partners and suppliers.
Due to the specific expertise Buy.O Group has developed in BtoB relationships management, the Group is taking part in two different think thanks at the IES/MEDEF (French confederation of business leaders).

Marc Debets, Buy.O Group Chairman, chairs the BtoB Committee and Catherine Livernet, CymbiO CEO (Buy.O Group) presides over a Committee dedicated to Innovation and Sustainable Growth through Services.

The BtoB Committee gathers Executive Managers and Sales and Procurement Directors from public sector and large international groups across various industries. This committee explores the importance for companies to build efficient and sustainable relationships with their BtoB ecosystem. It also provides a new vision involving sustainable development, value creation through external resources and governance of BtoB relationships.

Innovation and Sustainable Growth through Services: The objective of this committee is to support companies in their development through services. This implies the definition of new strategies, the development of new service offerings involving both management teams and collaborators. The committee is focusing on feedback from companies, benchmarking best service practices and identifying potential levers of growth through services.

Friday, January 21st, 2011, the IES/MEDEF is organizing a seminar on the key topic: Companies: New Levers and Strategies, based on the work of these two committees.

The purpose of this seminar is to share some companies’ experiences, testimonials and thoughts from French and international perspectives.
