What does being part of Buy.o mean for you?
Since the very beginning, being part of Buy.O has been a great opportunity to support our customers with a unique delivery method, aimed at reaching ambitious targets while progressing together.
The diversity of my assignments with very different industries and companies allowed me to experiment with a significant number of situations, contexts and human experiences. These helped me to grow as well as reinforced my conviction that the sustainable performance of an organization is fully linked to its relationships and people.
In our interconnected business world, companies increasingly rely on networking in order to achieve success and sustain their performance. Success is largely a team effort. Thus, the business ecosystem of customers, suppliers, and employees collaborating together as partners is a competitive necessity today.

Some experiences I want to share:
As a consultant I participated in various projects within the energy sector including:
support for the design of a custom-made category management process, toolbox and organization (Oil industry – France/Global); benchmarking and search for business opportunities within European electricity markets ( e.g. partnerships, M&A, tenders, etc.) for a leading Chinese electricity company (Electricity industry – Europe/China).
I also participated in the development of training programs on risk management as well as in the design of international training programs (fundamental and advanced) on skills development for the procurement functions of private companies (France/global).
