I help major international clients on industrial and services sector (private and governmental organization) is the management of their procurement and supply chain transformation projects.
I have achieved significant cost reductions and efficiency improvement targets while challenging global purchasing team for the development and implementation of purchasing strategic plans and supplier relationship management plans.
I support as well customers is the identification and implementation of strategic partners as part of companies business development program.
I am developing and delivering global procurement and sales education and coaching programs for major customers (world wide).
I am also responsible for the development and implementation of large adoption and change management plans on information system tools as part of companies transformation program.
