What does ecosystem mean for you?
An ecosystem is made of key players which have interrelated business activities: suppliers, customers, and partners. To ensure efficient and sustainable growth, each organization has to manage its ecosystem relationships and has to be able to: identify external players, define what kind of value to develop together and manage and improve the relationship. Ecosystem management is becoming the best way to leverage competitive advantages.
