What does ecosystem mean to you?
For me, an company's ecosystem is an economic environment consisting of all the companies which are around the company acting in favor of the company's business. In other words, it is a business community that can be permanent or temporary and most of the value produced by a company is related to its ability to leverage the relationships in its ecosystem.
What does being part of Buy.O mean to you?
Starting up BUY.O Italy is a big challenge and when I manage to build a relation of trust with a customer it is very interesting to try to give the right advice to “C” level professionals that, in most cases, feel alone in facing new problems.
Some experiences that I want to share
I have 25 years of professional experience of which more than 15 were in positions with management responsibilities in strategic and operational marketing, business development, operations and procurement.
The companies I have worked for
I have worked for large corporations such as Pirelli, Siemens, Corning, Accenture and Telecom Italia, but also for a medium-size company like Teleco Cavi with a internal culture strongly linked to its founder. Within BUY.O, I have supported various big customers such as Heinz, STX, and GDF-Suez as well as medium-size Italian companies such as Bolici, Metalsigma and CRK.
